Traditional taste and techniques inspired by Kappo Momoyama
A wide range of foods and drinks can be delivered to your room. Handmade Japanese Cuisine is prepared by the former chef of Kappo Momoyama, who inherits the high-quality cooking methods of the established Japanese restaurant, which ended its 45-year history in 2014.
Menu varies from kaiseki (multi-course dinner) to sashimi, shabu-shabu, tempura and more. Dishes are cooked to maximize the flavours of local produce including Japanese rice from Yamagata, fresh fish from Kanagawa's Misaki Port and Tsukiji Fish Market and Japanese beef.

Customers who booked in advance can enjoy Kaiseki or Wazen for dinner.
We can serve the dinner from 18:30 to 20:30. It is only available for reservation 3 days before the date you would like to have dinner.
